Machining – Cutting and Milling
Using the latest CNC equipment, laser cutting machines and other industrial equipment, we proceed with the cutting and machining of sheets, profiles or other components of our final product.
Stamping
The stamping gives shape to our classic models of panels and entrance doors. Using molds and presses it is through the stamping that we mold and give relief to the aluminum sheets.
Lacquering
Lacquering is a process of electrostatic painting of aluminum sheets or profiles. Our 2 indoor units, certified by Qualicoat and Qualimarine, allow a wide range of colors and finishes.
Glassware
In our internal glassware, we give shape and finish to the glass and stained glass that make up our products.
Bonding PVC Screens
This finish, applicable to doors and panels, is based on the bonding of a PVC film, using industrial bonding machines. Through this process we provide a differentiating finish to our products.
Polyurethane Injection
The injection of polyurethane, inside the aluminum sheets that make up the panels, guarantees its high thermal and acoustic performance. This production process and the results obtained by it, constitute an important differentiating factor in the market for decorative panels for entrance doors.
Assembly of Gates and Fences
After cutting and machining the profiles, the assembly of the gates and railings is carried out using automated processes. In this way, production defects are minimized and final products with excellent finishes are obtained.
Assembly of Entrance Doors
In the manufacture of our doors we apply the panels and profiles that we develop internally. Our know-how in the different production processes, allows us to offer doors with different levels of performance, ensuring a comprehensive coverage of market needs.
Accessories Application
From locks, crutches and handles, we apply all types of accessories that can integrate entrance doors, gates, or other types of Gardengate products.

All products are subject to strict quality control throughout the production process.
Logistics
Our logistics integrate the storage, packaging and distribution processes. Whether the destination of the product is the warehouse of our customers, a warehouse, or the final customer, we pack our products in the way that best guarantees their integrity, from dispatch to delivery.

Our lacquering units are certified according to European standards Qualicoat and Qualimarine, which guarantee the durability and resistance of colors and shine, as well as resistance to corrosion.

Testing Laboratory
We subject our products to tests in the internal laboratory and in external laboratories, in order to evaluate the mechanical resistance, high thermal amplitudes, permeability to water and air, and thermal and acoustic insulation. Our products have CE marking, and meet the standards of compliance with Standard EN-13241-1.

Development Center
This is the space where new products are developed, market trends are studied and new materials and technologies are incorporated into our products. All developments originate from this Center and undergo a validation process composed of rigorous tests and certification processes.

Graphic Design and Digital Configurators
In this department we develop the graphic content that we customize for each client, from brochures to catalogs, through personalized 3D scenarios. Commercial configurators are also developed here as a way to assist our customers in their sales process.
